These Terms govern your access to and use of services provided by Pyloops LLC.
By accessing this website or engaging Pyloops LLC ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website and services.
Pyloops LLC provides software engineering, AI/ML consulting, cloud solutions, offshore staffing, managed engineering teams, digital marketing, UI/UX design, technical consulting and related professional services. Service scope is defined by a mutually accepted proposal, statement of work, purchase order or contract.
Quotations are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Work begins only after written approval. Changes to scope may require revised pricing and timelines.
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers only to the extent defined in the governing agreement. Pyloops retains ownership of reusable frameworks, tools, libraries, methodologies and know-how.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information using commercially reasonable safeguards and not disclose such information except as required by law.
Clients shall provide timely access to required systems, approvals, documentation, credentials and feedback. Delays may affect delivery schedules.
Dedicated engineers remain employees or contractors of Pyloops unless otherwise agreed. Availability depends on staffing, notice periods and applicable employment laws.
Marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, platform algorithms and customer behavior. No guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, upload malicious software or violate applicable laws.
Projects may integrate third-party software, APIs or cloud providers. Pyloops is not responsible for their availability, pricing or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyloops LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption or data loss.
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" unless an explicit written warranty is included in the governing agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pyloops LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the governing agreement. Payment obligations and confidentiality provisions survive termination.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, cyberattacks, war, labor disputes or government actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We use text messaging to communicate with you about your service. Normal messaging rates apply and the frequency of messages may vary. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-out of text message communications. You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying to any message with STOP, contacting us at info@pyloops.com. This will end the communications from that particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by Company, and you may opt out of those similarly.
